I couldn’t let this week go by without wishing happy birthday to my friend and inspiration Tony Pierce. I met Tony in college about 17 years ago in Santa Barbara and he has never been anything other than fair, interesting, and supportive in anything that I have done. We lost touch for a few years but I feel our renewed friendship is stronger and much more mature than back when we were wild-eyed collegians. Tony has been a pioneer on then web since at least the mid-90s and he continues to push the limits of communication and creativity in this still unfathomed medium. Happy Birthday Tony!
