MY dear friend Timmay is having a birthday today – please wish him well, or, at least, please tell him to get some help. I’ve known Timmay aka Tim Sullican for 19 years now but if only I could truly know him. He is a remarkable fellow, always on top of everything politcally and culturally even though he has made poor decisions in musical taste on occassion. Those are usually forgivable as is most of his behavior. This reminds me that I need to call up his parents and have another discussion about him which was a regular occurrence back when Tim and I were roommates – they needed updates on him and I was only too happy to oblige and they very much appreciated my perspective on the situation. He’s a wonderful fellow, everyone raise a glass and toast his existence, the world would be poorer without him.
