1) i loved talking heads, vandals, lime spiders, and the clash
2) i was thinking about the clipping issue and, while i don’t know your setup, i’d suggest trying out a compressor to keep clipping to a minimum while boosting the overall volume. what do you use to record and mix and make everyone’s day hella better?
