I got added to the Comedy on the Edge with Frank Vignola Show that will be held in Pittsfield, MA. The show is at The Back Nine Bar & Grill which is the remains of a golf and country club that managers from General Electric used to patronize before the company abandoned Pittsfield after polluting the Housatonic River and the region with PCBs. From what I remember of the Back Nine, it looked pretty ramshackle which will only add flavor to our comedy stylings.
I’m pretty excited to do the show because Frank has been on Comedy Central, NBC, and other TV spots. Also, Michael Raive is on the bill and he helped organize the show – Michael has done all the NYC clubs and has done festivals such as Boston Comedy Festival. Am honored to be invited to share the stage with these experienced people. I hope people show up but I haven’t seen many from the 150+ I invited on Facebook click the “Attending” button which is a shame as the chances to see comedians like Frank and Michael, in town, are few and far-between.
